Our Story
From the Ground Up
After working in construction part-time through college, Camron Harvey re-entered the industry full-time in 2004 after completing a Business degree at Central Washington University.
In 2008, after serving as superintendent on a multiyear project for a local development company, Pilchuck Construction was formed. Named for the iconic Mount Pilchuck that overlooks Snohomish County, the company was built on the same principles that define the mountain — solid, enduring, and rooted in the Pacific Northwest.
Since then, Camron and crew have grown into many different areas of commercial construction, but have always held the original goal of bringing quality to whatever task is at hand.
Today, Pilchuck Construction serves a broad range of clients including commercial property owners, agricultural operations, and tribal nations such as the Stillaguamish Tribe — bringing the same hands-on leadership and in-house capability to every project.

Our leadership team brings a Business degree from Central Washington University and years of hands-on field experience — from framing to superintending multiyear commercial projects — combining operational knowledge with business discipline on every engagement.
Today, our leadership remains hands-on in estimating, project oversight, and client relationships. We believe the best construction companies are built on repeat business, and that repeat business is earned through reliable execution and honest communication.
